Offered on Wednesdays in the stunning natural location of our ‘dune hut’ , by qualified and expert reflexologist and aromatherapist Karen Leggett. Treatments are offered in a reclining chair and are completed fully clothed, focussing on foot or facial reflexology.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy, involving the application of thumb and finger pressure to the feet, hands and face. Reflexology is based on the idea that there are reflex areas and a system of zones mapped onto both feet. These areas mirror our bodies with the left foot corresponding to the left side of the body and the right foot corresponding to the right side.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki Foot Massage
A Kansa Vatki massage is a great way to relieve tension. The massage is performed with hands and the Kansa Vatki (the healing metal bowl made from copper, zinc and tin). The techniques used loosen up superficial muscle tension and remove foot and leg fatigue. During the application of these techniques, vital energy and blood circulation is improved in the feet and legs.
Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method)
