The Warren was built as his farmhouse by Herbert Boggis when he purchased the Easton Bavents estate in 1925. The house sits on the clifftop with beautiful views out to sea, north towards Covehithe and south to Southwold. The house is secluded and surrounded by nature but is an easy walk to the busy town of Southwold.

The Warren has undergone a total renovation was completed in June 2021. There are 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms upstairs with king sized beds and 2 further bedrooms downstairs which can be set up as twin or superking beds. 

Upstairs is a sitting area with sofas and chairs and Smart Freeview TV. French doors open onto a large furnished balcony which has beautiful views to sea and over Southwold – the perfect place to sit back and relax and watch nature at it’s best – on the balcony if the weather permits – but inside in the cosy sitting area if not!

Downstairs is a family bathroom with a bath with shower over, a well equipped kitchen and glazed dining and sitting room (with Smart TV) which faces east with views out to sea and doors which lead onto the outdoor sitting area, with dining table, chairs and parasol and gas barbeque.
