The Warren House has been part of Easton Bavents for generations. Originally built as the farmhouse for the estate, it remains at the heart of this remarkable coastal landscape, offering a warm and welcoming base from which to enjoy the beauty of the Suffolk coast.

Light-filled living spaces, generous bedrooms and carefully considered interiors create a relaxed home where families and friends can spend quality time together, whether sharing long breakfasts, celebrating around the dining table or simply enjoying peaceful evenings after a day by the sea.

Sleeping up to eight guests across four comfortable bedrooms, The Warren House provides plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious living areas make entertaining effortless, while the gardens offer room to relax, dine outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Just a short walk from the beach and Southwold, guests can spend their days exploring the coastline, swimming in the sea, watching the sun go down over the sea from the balcony or simply enjoying the slower pace of life that makes Easton Bavents so special.
