Perched above the ever-changing coastline at Easton Bavents, the Sea Dragons are striking retreats created to celebrate sea, sky and landscape. Inspired by old Suffolk tales of strange “sea dragons” hauled from fishermen’s nets, Scylla and Kraken offer dramatic architecture, panoramic coastal views and complete relaxation by the sea. Kraken will join us in 2027.

The Warren House
The house built by Herbert Boggis who purchased the Easton Bavents estate in 1925 as his farmhouse.
Renovated to a high standard in 2020, The Warren House has great views out to sea and towards Southwold.
It has 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms upstairs with kingsize beds and fabulous views and 2 further bedrooms downstairs which can be set up as twin or doubles.
There is a viewing area which opens onto a balcony which looks out to sea. Downstairs is a family bathroom and fully equipped spacious kitchen, glazed dining and sitting room.
THE LISTENING STATION

Finished in July 2018 to a very high standard, with stunning views towards the cliffs and beaches of Covehithe, The Listening Station is a contemporary property designed to blend in with its natural surroundings

The Watch Room really can boast that it sits in one of Suffolk’s most peaceful locations.

Luxury retreat with amazing sea views. Perfectly formed and private this wooden clad retreat is situated on the site of “The Easternmost House’.
It sleeps 2 in a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room. Large arched window to living area offers fabulous sea views.
Only a 2 minute walk down cliff path to our secluded beach.
